The medium-sized church with a slender onion-helmeted tower north of the choir is essentially a late Baroque building from the end of the 18th century. The retracted square choir is Gothic in its core and still has frescoes. The high altar in late baroque forms is from 1847; the right side altar (originally the main altar) is from around 1790.

The remains of the copper shaft furnace from the 16th century are located at around 1,600 meters above sea level. Until the 19th century it was used in the smelting of roasted copper ores that were mined in the Draßnitztal.

The Chapel of Mary Seven Pain is a building built around 1800 with a two-axis nave and a retracted choir with a 5/8 end . The roof turret is crowned by a pointed helmet. The interior is provided with a flat barrel vaulted cap and a retracted triumphal arch. In addition, the interior has a pilaster structure and a swinging west gallery. Inside the choir is semicircular. The late Baroque altar shows a Pietà relief above the tabernacle under a ruffled canopy.

The Mater dolorosa chapel is a small, long building built in 1902 by Anton Breitenegger with a choir with a 5/8 end. There is a wooden roof turret on the roof of the building with pointed arched windows. The nave is vaulted by a barrel vault with stitch caps and opens out over a pointed triumphal arch into the retracted choir, which also has stitch caps. The neo-Gothic altar, erected in 1902 by Alois Valentin and decorated with a carved Vesper image, shows figural representations of the saints Florian and Fridolin, which were made by Michael Gasslitter in 1902.

The 12th century castle on a steep rock was expanded in the 16th century: the complex was raised by one floor, the courtyard was built, and the chapel was expanded to form a double chapel. To the west of the castle on a rock stands the Romanesque keep, which today serves as an observation tower.
