The late Gothic building, which was later redesigned in baroque style, was inaugurated in 1521. It has a choir with a 5/8 end as well as a north tower with pointed arched sound windows and a baroque onion helmet. On the north side of the nave there is a wall painting from the 19th century depicting St. Christopher.

The nave, with a wooden west gallery resting on two pillars, and the choir are flat-roofed and connected by a beveled triumphal arch. The ceiling painting depicts the legends of St. Margaret and St. New Year's Eve. These paintings are marked with the years 1757 and 1758 by a chronogram .

The high altar was erected around 1670, the central image dates from the mid-18th century. The carved figures of the altar represent Saint Michael and Guardian Angel. In the altar top there is a medallion picture of Saint George, angel figures and God the Father. The side altars were created at the same time, of which the left depicts St. New Year's Eve in a picture created by M. Rothschopf in 1882. The right side altar shows Saint Florian. In the parapet of the pulpit, which was built around 1670, there are pictures of the evangelists. The sound cover dates from around 1700. At the end of the 17th century the console figures of Saint Margaret and Saint Joseph were created. In the sacristy there is a baroque sacristy cabinet and a figure of Christ with the instruments of the Passion .

A grotto is set into the cemetery wall, which shows a late Baroque female figure with a lamb. The saint depicted is likely to be Saint Agnes.

The Mauerspeicher, one of the oldest marked brick boxes in Carinthia and, due to its size and location, probably a toe box, is a free-standing, three-storey building in the late Gothic style. With the exception of the north side, on which the original late Gothic plaster with incised corner blocks is still preserved, all wall surfaces are provided with trickle plaster from the 19th century. The late Gothic stone portal is chamfered, its lintel is marked with 1502 .

The subsidiary church of Saint Ulrich was consecrated in 1516, but its current appearance as a hall church with a choir with a 3/8 end dates from the beginning of the 18th century. The building has tall rectangular windows and a wooden roof turret crowned by an onion helmet. The three-axis nave, which is vaulted with a shallow barrel, opens into the choir, which is also composed of pilasters, via a round-arched triumphal arch resting on pilasters. The latter is covered by a ridge vault. The ceiling of the nave shows stucco frame fields.

The high altar dates from 1748 and shows the church patron (Saint Ulrich) in the middle picture and the Holy Family in the upper picture. The carved figures depict two holy bishops, Saint John the Baptist, Mary and angels. On the left side altar there are figures of Saint Sebastian and a depiction of the Man of Sorrows , on the right a figure of Saint Ulrich. There is a Johannis bowl in a wall niche . On the parapet of the wooden gallery there are five late baroque passion pictures.

Outside the church is a large, folk carving group from the 18th century depicting Christ and the two thieves on the cross.
