Built in 1828 by Martin Miller on the site of a hacking shop, continued by sons in 1833, bankruptcy in 1885, sold to Caritas of the diocese of St. Pölten around 1930 , conversion to a youth home by Klemens Flossmann in 1933/34, conversion to apartments in 1999/2000, three-storey irregular Building under a gable roof, surmounted in the middle by two unused chimneys, on the rear a top under a gable roof, a smaller one facing the main front.
