In 1932 the house came into the possession of the Brothers of Mercy and was consecrated in 1933. It served as an agricultural school, refugee camp and rest home, although the branch of the order has been vacant since 1960. The villa-like, single-storey residential building with a polygonal corner tower has a hook-shaped chapel.
