After a fire, the rectory was rebuilt at the end of the 16th century as a two-storey, castle-like complex with a central extension of the gable, which was changed inside in 1682 and extended to the south by a hall-shaped side wing in 1740. The baroque side wing, however, was largely removed in 1984; in 1982 the side wing to the east, the school from 1596/97, had already been removed.

The chapel was built as a foundation by three Klobingen farmers in the Romanesque style. The chapel shape with a plan of a Greek cross with shallow arms and a tent roof has a pilaster structure and a profiled eaves cornice.

The late Gothic, four-bay hall building with a retracted choir and 3/8 end has a high church tower with a neo-Gothic helmet, a gable roof and a three-bay aisle with a sacristy. The early baroque aedicula altar from the late 17th century was moved from the branch church in Thalheim-Aigen to Weißkirchen in 1969.
