The list of structures in Karlovy Vary includes the most significant structures (spa houses, colonnades, hotels, villas and public buildings) from the period from 1700 to 1975 in Karlovy Vary . The listed buildings give an overview of the architectural history of these years and their architects (if known). They lead the viewer through the architectural styles of that time, especially the historicism and secession style . Many of these buildings are listed.

  • Skalnik Park, the oldest city park, laid out in 1831 by Wenzel Skalnik (1776–1861) (Czech. "Václav Skalník"), see [51] , located at the mill colonnade [52]
  • Dvořák Park, between the Hotel Thermal and the Park Colonnade, laid out in 1878 by Jan Hahmann [53]
  • Smetana Park, laid out in 1906 at the Elisabethbad, originally Emperor Franz Joseph Park [54]
  • Mozart Park, former cemetery of St. Andreas Church, since 1913 a public park with numerous tombs [55]
  • Park Jean de Carro, named after the Carlsbad doctor Jean de Carro (1770–1857), laid out after 1850 near the Villa Lützow [56]
  • Park Karl IV., Created in 1895 at the Kaiserbad [57]
  • Park on Theaterplatz, laid out in 1912 [58]
  • Japanese Zen meditation garden at the Parkhotel Richmond, laid out in 1998 after the design of the garden architect Kanji Nomura, named after Hana Bälz, the wife of the German doctor Erwin von Bälz (1849–1913) [59]
