List of lakes in Georgia
This is a list of large and important lakes in Georgia . Both natural lakes in the country and reservoirs are included . The largest lake is the Parawani with an area of 37.5 km². The Zalka reservoir has an area of 28–37.7 km², depending on the water level. The Inguri Dam of Engurissees was until 2013 the highest arch dam in the world. Since summer 2015 it has been classified as a cultural heritage of national importance.
