action

Hye-won is studying in Seoul and wants to become a teacher. She has just fallen through her exam while her boyfriend passed and is feeling hungry. Disillusioned with the stressful city life, she returns home to the country. But her mother is not there and just left a letter that she does not understand. Hye-won begins to cook like she remembered her mother. She runs into her childhood friends: Jae-ha, who studied nearby and now runs an extension, and Eun-sook, who works at the local bank and longs for the big city. So that Hye-won is not alone, Jae-ha gives her a dog named Ogu. At first she is averse because she only wanted to stay for a short time. But she stays longer and longer, farming, growing food and cooking for her friends.

A whole year goes by. Jae-ha thinks Hye-won is fleeing her problems in the big city. She thinks about it. She separates from her boyfriend, congratulates him on passing his exam and tells him that she has not only gone to the country for a short time, but has returned. She now understands her mother's letter too. Hye-won decides to return to Seoul to face her problem. In the spring, she returns to the country and takes care of the harvest and cooks. One day she returns home after a bike ride while Ogu is barking. The film ends with the front door open to the house and the happy looking Hye-won.
