The Little Lost Creek is a stream in Warren County , State of Missouri .
It rises from a pond at around 270 meters above sea level north of the Missouri River and the Ozark Plateau . At 157 meters above sea level it flows into the Lost Creek . The main tributary of Little Lost Creek is called Watkins Branch .
A large part of the creek is in a nature reserve ( Little Lost Creek Conservation Area ) and is home to fish such as Luxilus zonatus , Chrosomus erythrogaster - colorful representatives of the carp family - or the jumping bass Etheostoma punctulatum .
