The Lobain ( Rio Lobain ) is a temporary river system on the north coast of East Timor . Only during the rainy season does water collect in the river bed in the border area between the Sucos Sabuli and Wenunuc ( Metinaro administrative office , Dili municipality ) and flow further north through Sabuli. From the west, the river flows Sabuli in Lobain before west of the village Metinaro and east of the Bay of Hatarairun Ulun the Wetar Strait reached.
