The Suls-Lobhornhütte , also Lobhornhütte, of the Lauterbrunnen section of the Swiss Alpine Club is located at 1955 m above sea level. M. in the Bernese Oberland . However, it is not considered an official SAC hut.
Starting points for a hike to the hut are Lauterbrunnen , Saxeten , Zweilütschinen and Isenfluh .
The hut serves as a starting point for climbing the Lobhorns and for the transition via Bietenlücke - Schilthornhütte to Mürren or to the Rote Härd - Rotstockhütte or to the Chilefluhpass (or Schwalmere ) - Kiental (or Griesalp) transition .
The easiest ascent leads from Isenfluh with the cable car to Sulwald, then in a good 1.5 hours via Sulsalp to the Lobhornhütte.
From Lauterbrunnen the hut can be easily reached in 3 to 4 hours via the Grütschalp (train).
The view is impressive, but so are the thunderstorms, as the thunder intensified considerably by the fleas .
