Looc is a Filipino municipality in the province of Romblon , in the administrative region IV-B, Mimaropa. It has 22,262 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census). It is classified as a fourth income class community in the Philippines and as partially urbanized .
Looc is located in the southwest of the island of Tablas and the topography of the municipality is characterized by a flat undulating terrain. In the north-west is the neighboring municipality of Ferrol , in the north Odiongan , in the east Alcantara and in the south-east Santa Fe .
