San Fernando is a Filipino municipality in the province of Romblon , in the administrative region IV-B, Mimaropa. It has 23,271 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census).
The topography of the municipality is characterized by the mountains on the island of Sibuyan , the highest peak of which is the 2,058-meter-high Guiting-guiting . Large parts of Mount Guiting-guiting Natural Park are in the municipality's territory. Your neighboring communities are Cajidiocan and Magdiwang , both in the north, the long narrow coastline borders on the Sibuyan Sea .
The Romblon State University's School of Fisheries and Forestry is located in the community.
