Khuloud Loudy Wiggins (born July 7, 1979 in Haifa , Israel ) is a former Australian water diver . Until her marriage to the Australian football player Simon Wiggins in spring 2007, she appeared under her maiden name as Loudy Tourky .

Loudy Wiggins, who is only 1.47 meters tall, lived and trained under Salvador Sobrino in Sydney, Australia . She had her first international success in 1997 at the FINA World Cup with a 9th place in jumping from the 3-meter board. In 1998 she repeated this success and in 1999 she reached fourth place.

At the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, she and her partner Rebecca Gilmore won bronze in synchronized jumping from the 10-meter tower, behind Li Na and Sang Xue (gold) from China and Canadians Émilie Heymans and Anne Montminy (silver), as well 4th place in synchronized jumping from the 3-meter board. At the world championships that took place in the same year, she reached third place on the 10-meter tower. At the 2001 World Championships, she was third in the individual discipline from the 10-meter tower and fifth in synchronized jumping on the 3-meter board and 10-meter tower.

At the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens she won bronze again, this time in the individual competition from the 10-meter tower, behind the Australian Chantelle Newbery (gold) and the Chinese Lishi Lao (silver). At the 2005 World Swimming Championships in Montreal , she also won the silver medal in the individual competition from the 10-meter tower, behind the American Laura Wilkinson (gold) and ahead of the Chinese Tong Jia (bronze).

In 2006, despite an injury, Wiggins managed to synchronize jumping from the 10-meter platform (with her partner Chantelle Newbery) and to win two gold medals in the individual. In 2008 she planned to take part in the Summer Olympics in Beijing again with Newbery , but another injury prevented this.

After the 2008 Olympics, Wiggins ended her active career. She lives in Melbourne today.
