Louis Delmas (* 12. April 1987 in Fort Pierce , Florida ) is an American American football poker players on the position of the Free safeties . He plays for the Miami Dolphins in the National Football League (NFL).
Career

Detroit Lions
Delmas was selected as the 33rd player in the 2009 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions in the second round. Delmas signed a four-year contract with the Lions in 2009, the terms of which have not been published, only the term is known. Delmas started in all 15 games of the Lions in which he was in the squad. In his first NFL game against the New Orleans Saints , Delmas managed a 65 yard fumble - touchdown return. On December 20, 2009, Delmas managed a 101-yard interception touchdown return against the Arizona Cardinals . In December, Delmas was named Defense Rookie of the Month. Delmas is only the second player in NFL history to score a safety , an interception touchdown return and a fumble touchdown return in one year .
Miami Dolphins
On March 10, 2014, Delmas signed a one-year contract with the Miami Dolphins . After leaving the Dolphins, Delmas became a free agent.
Only a few weeks later, the Dolphins announced the renewed engagement of Louis Delmas on the same terms as in the previous season.
