Lucy Anyango Omondi (born July 4, 1987 ) is a Kenyan hammer thrower .
Athletic career
Lucy Omondi gained her first international experience in 2010 at the African Championships in Nairobi , where she finished 14th with 40.54 m. In 2014 she took part in the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow , where she was eliminated with 47.70 m in qualification before she came eighth with a width of 51.44 m at the African Championships in Marrakech . Four years later she took part again in the Commonwealth Games in the Australian Gold Coast and came in ninth with 45.59 m. The following year she was 15 at the Africa Games in Rabat with 47.52 m.
In 2019 Omondo became the Kenyan hammer throw champion.
