Ludvig Erik Håkanson (born March 22, 1996 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish basketball player .

career

Håkanson, also known by the nickname Ludde, played in the youth team of Alviks BBK and joined the youth team at FC Barcelona at the age of 15. His father Olle was also a Swedish national basketball player. In Barcelona, ​​Håkanson was used for the first time in the top Spanish division, the ACB league , during the 2014/15 season . In order to collect further match practice, the Swede was loaned twice within the ACB and once to the Latvian club BK VEF Rīga .

In the summer of 2017 he was signed by the Spanish first division club CB Estudiantes . During the 2019 summer break, he left Spain for Poland and joined Stelmet Zielona Góra .

National team

Håkanson took part in the U16 and U18 national teams in his home country in the B European Championships and shone as a strong attacking player in the tournaments. In 2014, with 25.5 points per match, he was the best scorer in the Albert Schweitzer tournament in Germany. Later he also took a leading role in the men's national team of Sweden .
