Ludwig Korodi

Ludwig Korodi (born February 17, 1834 in Kronstadt , Transylvania , † October 31, 1901 ) was a German high school teacher .

Life

After graduating from the Honterus Gymnasium in Kronstadt, Korodi studied at the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität zu Berlin and from autumn 1854 at the Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen Protestant theology . In Tübingen he became a member of the Transsylvania, a corps of the Transylvanian Saxons . He became a grammar school professor and principal of the Honterus grammar school . He translated from Greek and Hungarian into German . From 1878 to 1882 he sat in the Reichstag (Hungary) . The son of the same name was Lutz Korodi .
