Ludwig Kroiss
Ludwig Kroiss (* 1958 ) is a German legal scholar .
Life
Since 1987 he has been in the Bavarian judicial service, where he is a member of a civil chamber and representative of a board of appeal (full-time working group leader for legal trainees at the Munich I Regional Court and at the Traunstein Regional Court ), 2001 judge at the Munich Higher Regional Court , 2003 presiding judge at the Traunstein Regional Court, 2006 director of the Traunstein Local Court , 2011 Vice-President of the German Probate Court Assembly , 2013 Vice-President of the Traunstein Regional Court , since 2017 Chief Public Prosecutor , Traunstein Public Prosecutor's Office. On June 19, 2013, he was appointed honorary professor of the Law Faculty of the University of Passau . He has been President of the Traunstein Regional Court since October 2019.
