Ludwig Wilhelm von Bülow , Danish: Ludvig Vilhelm von Bülow (born July 11, 1699 , † November 8, 1785 in Næstved ), was a Danish bailiff.

Life

Ludwig Wilhelm von Bülow came from the extensive Mecklenburg nobility family von Bülow and was a son of the Danish officer Reimar Hans von Bülow and his wife Sophie Elisabeth, née. von Bibow , a daughter of Hardenack von Bibow auf Westenbrugge and Elisabeth Anna, geb. from Wintersheim. Engelke von Bülow was his brother. At the age of 13 he lost his father who was killed in the battle of Gadebusch .

In 1730 he became a chamberlain and travel stableman at the Danish court. In 1730 he was appointed chamberlain and at the same time served as Rittmeister in the Life Guard on Horseback ( Livgarden til hest ). In 1740 he received the title of royal stable master. In 1746 he became bailiff of the Koldinghus office . In 1773 he resigned from office.

Since 1737 he was married to Elisabeth Hedwig, b. von Roepstorff († 1758 in Kolding), who was parfaite of the Ordre de l'union in the same year . After her death in 1759 he married Charlotte Elisabeth Komtesse Haxthausen , a nun in the Vallø monastery (1734–1761).
