Ludwig von Bredow

Count Ludwig von Bredow (born April 11, 1825 in Wettin ; † May 9, 1877 in Rathenow ) was a German administrative lawyer . He sat in the Reichstag (North German Confederation) .

Life

Ludwig von Bredow belonged to the Lieper branch of the von Bredow family . He attended the Pforta State School and studied law at the Friedrichs University in Halle and the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg . In 1846 he became active in the Corps Guestphalia Heidelberg . As an inactive , he went to the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin .

Since 1853 court assessor , he moved from the administration of justice to the internal administration of the Kingdom of Prussia in 1861 . He was District Administrator of the district Westhavelland .

As a member of the Conservative Party , he sat for the constituency of Potsdam 8 ( Westhavelland ) from 1867 in the Reichstag of the North German Confederation and in the customs parliament . He was also a member of the Brandenburg Provincial Parliament since 1875.
