Luis Eduardo González Cedrés
Luis Eduardo González Cedrés (born January 15, 1972 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Montevideo .
Life
Luis Eduardo González Cedrés received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Maldonado-Punta del Este on April 18, 2009 .
On 11 May 2018 Pope appointed him Francis to the titular of Thugga and auxiliary bishop in Montevideo. He was ordained episcopal on June 17th of the same year by the Archbishop of Montevideo, Cardinal Daniel Fernando Sturla Berhouet SDB . Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Maldonado-Punta del Este, Milton Luis Tróccoli Cebedio , and his predecessor Rodolfo Pedro Wirz Kraemer .
