The house at Luitpoldstrasse 15 and Heigertgasse 2 is a town house in the listed old town of Weißenburg in Bavaria , a large district town in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen . The building is located on the corner of Heigertgasse / Luitpoldstrasse near the Kaiser-Ludwig-Brunnen and not far from the Carmelite Church . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-245 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The two- to three-storey building is a hipped roof building with a saddle roof construction and its core probably dates back to the 15th or 16th century. Partly half-timbered houses have been preserved. The southern part of the house was converted into a three-storey hipped roof building. The building has a rusticated ground floor and pilaster strips in natural stone . The rear wing is a two-storey gable roof building with half-timbering and classicist arbor from the early 17th century and was redesigned in the early 19th century.
