Lukáš Jarolím (born July 29, 1976 in Pardubice , Czechoslovakia ) is a former Czech football player .

Career

Jarolím's career is closely linked to the professional career and coaching of his father Karel Jarolím . He started at Slavia Prague and played for the youth teams of FC Rouen and Amiens SC , whose professional teams were stations of his father. In the 1994/95 season, the midfielder came to his first appearances as a professional at Slavia Prague. However, he could not prevail there and was loaned to Union Cheb and SK České Budějovice . In 1997 he moved to Příbram, where his father was a coach that season. After a brief stint at FK Mladá Boleslav , he finally prevailed at Marila Příbram .

In January 2003 he moved to the French club CS Sedan , after a year Jarolím went to the 2nd Bundesliga for SpVgg Greuther Fürth , which he left after only half a year. He signed with 1. FC Slovácko where he played again under his father. In summer 2005 he followed him to Slavia Prague, where he was one of the team's leading players as a game designer. From 2007 to 2010 Jarolím played in the Italian Serie A for AC Siena , and the Czech scored one goal in 64 Serie A games for the team from Tuscany. After Siena's relegation to Serie B in the 2009/10 season, Jarolím moved back to his former club Slavia Prague. From September 2013 he will play in the second Czech division at SK České Budějovice and ended his career here after only four months at the end of December.
