The Lunnaya Sonata Russian Лунная соната is a river cruise ship that was built in 1988 in the GDR in the VEB Elbewerften Boizenburg / Roßlau in Boizenburg as Marshal Rybalko and belongs to the Dmitriy Furmanov class , project 302, series II. The German name was BiFa 129М (inland passenger ship 129 meters) and the hull number 392. The ship was used by the Tschervona Ruta on the cruise route Kiev - Sevastopol - Odessa . It has been flying the Belize flag since September 20, 2017 and the Russian flag since 2018.

history

The river cruise ship with four passenger decks was built in 1988 for the shipping company "Dneprovskoje Rechnoje Parochodstvo" (Dnepr river shipping company) in Kherson . It belongs to a series of 27 + 1 ( Vladimir Vysotskiy - not finished) ships of the Dmitriy Furmanov class manufactured from 1983 to 1991 , a further development of the Vladimir Ilyich class by the same shipyard. The ship has a diesel-electric drive with three main engines.

The captain (as of 2012) of the Dnipra Circa is Vladimir Bilenko.

Furnishing

All comfortable 1-, 2- and 4-bed cabins are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, shower and toilet, 220 V connection and have large windows (except on the lower deck). On board are the Kiev restaurant and Odessa bar-restaurant , two bars, an event room, a sun deck with deck chairs, a music salon and a sauna.
