Lutz-Michael Harder
Lutz-Michael Harder (born September 4, 1942 in Langenfeld , ( Oststernberg district , Brandenburg ); † August 24, 2019 in Hamburg ) was a German opera singer ( tenor ) and university lecturer .
Life
Harder studied church music in Halle (Saale) and, after moving to the Federal Republic of Germany, completed vocal studies with Naan Pöld at the Hamburg University of Music . His debut in 1975 as Ferrando ( Così fan tutte ) at the Eutin Festival was followed by an engagement at the Oldenburg State Theater . From 1980 to 1988 he was a member of the ensemble of the Hanover State Theater .
From 1989 to 2012 Harder taught as a professor for singing at the Music Academy in Hanover .
