The Mírovka ( German Grundbach , also Mühlbach ) is a right tributary of the March in the Czech Republic .
geography
It rises north of Starý Maletín in the Mirovská vrchovina ( Mürauer Uplands) at the Jahodnice hill ( 590 m ). On its upper course, which initially leads to the southeast, where the Moletein sandstone was previously broken, it takes up the stream flowing from Starý Maletín and flows via Svojanov and Nový Maletín to Svojanův Dvůr, where it turns northeast. The Mírovka reaches Mírov through a narrow, wooded valley , where the river flows through the Mírovský Grunt between the Mírov Castle, which has been converted into a prison, and the Vraní Kopec ( 465 m ). The lower course leads again to the southeast into the Mohelnická brázda ( Müglitzer Furche ). After passing Křemačov and Podolíčko, the Mírovka finally reaches Mohelnice . To the east of the city, opposite Stavenice , it flows into the March at Moravičanské jezero after 27.3 kilometers. Its catchment area is 181.6 km². At the mouth the river has an average water flow of 1.98 m³ / s.
