The country house at Mühltalstraße 132 is a building in Darmstadt-Eberstadt .
History and description
The country villa was built around 1900 . Stylistically, the building belongs to the cubist construction type; with a round tower extension with a helmet roof . A square veranda extension has a Gothic sandstone railing . The facade of the two-and-a-half-story house is made of plastered sandstone. The upper floor is designed in half-timbered houses ; was originally clapboard . The slate-covered hip roof is adorned with a wrought-iron roof turret . The bastion-like terrace is supported by a wall made of natural stone blocks. The remise was built using the same wall technology with beaver-tail-covered battlements .
Monument protection
The country villa with the coach house is a cultural monument for architectural, architectural and city-historical reasons .
