Hanover Mint

The Hanover Mint was a mint known from the Middle Ages in the settlement called Hanover, which later became a city . Over the centuries, the location of the facility changed several times, at the time of the Kingdom of Hanover it moved its last seat in 1853 until it was closed in 1878 in the building of the Münze am Steintor .
