The M11 motorway ( English for "Autobahn M11", Irish Mótarbhealach M11 ) is currently (2019) a 90 km long, not yet fully completed high-level road link in the Republic of Ireland , which together with the N11 Dublin bypassing Wicklow , Arklow , Gorey and Enniscorthy connects to Wexford . The motorway forms part of Europastrasse 1 . A 27 km long section from Enniscorthy to the Scurlocksbush roundabout was opened on July 18, 2019.
