The M3 motorway ( English for "Motorway M3", Irish Mótarbhealach M3 ) is a 47.9 km long high-level road link in the Republic of Ireland , which is subject to tolls in sections , from the M50 motorway in Dublin via a 4.5 km long link to the national road N3 Runs northwest towards Cavan and Belturbet ; the N3 later crosses the border with Northern Ireland towards Enniskillen .
