The MG GS is an SUV from the Chinese brand MG that was built by SAIC Motor .
history
A first glimpse of an SUV brand has been at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2013 with the concept car MG CS Concept presented. The production model was finally launched on March 18, 2015 as the MG GS in China . In Great Britain , the GS was presented at the London Motor Show in May 2016 and went on sale there a month later. The SUV was revised in December 2016. The vehicle is not offered in Germany.
Technical specifications
A 1.5-liter gasoline engine with 124 kW (169 hp) and a 2.0-liter gasoline engine with 162 kW (220 hp) are available as drive variants , which are also used in the Roewe RX5 . Both engines are charged and can optionally be combined with all-wheel drive . In the UK, only the weaker front-wheel drive engine is offered in three trim levels.
