Małgorzata Chojnacka (born February 17, 1983 in Gorzów Wielkopolski , Lubusz Voivodeship ) is a Polish canoe racer . She trains at the KS Posen club .

Her specialty are the long kayak routes over 500 and 1000 m, over which she was used in single, double and quadruple riders.

Career

Małgorzata Chojnacka was a participant in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing in a single kayak (K-1), where she was eliminated in the semifinals.

At the 2007 World Championships in Duisburg , she won the silver medal over 1000 m in two (K-2) with Ewelina Wojnarowska and bronze over 500 m in four (K-4) with Monika Borowicz , Aneta Konieczna and Ewelina Wojnarowska.

Over the distance of 1000 m she won the gold medal at the 2009 World Championships in Dartmouth (Canada) in a single (K-1).

Her first medal at European Championships she won with Beata Mikołajczyk , Aneta Konieczna and Małgorzata Czajczynska in the K-4 over 500 m in 2005 in Poznan , where she achieved bronze. At the European Canoeing Championships in 2007 in Pontevedra she won silver in the K-2 with Ewelyna Wojnarowska over 1000 m and in the K-4 with Sandra Pawelczak , Aneta Konieczna and Ewelyna Wojnarowska bronze, in 2008 in Milan she was also in a foursome with Beata Mikołajczyk, Edyta Dzieniszewska and Ewelyna Wojnarowska over 1000 m second. At the EM 2009 in Brandenburg she reached the bronze medal in the four with Marta Walczykiewicz , Ewelyna Wojnarowska and Magdalena Krukowska over 500 m, while she was fourth in the single over 1000 m.
