Maciej Nędza-Kubiniec (born April 24, 1990 in Zakopane ) is a Polish biathlete and former cross-country skier .

Maciej Nędza-Kubiniec lives in Kościelisko and initially started for KS AZS AWF Katowice and then switched to BKS WP Kościelisko . The student began biathlon in 2003, but initially mainly did cross-country skiing. At the end of 2006 he made his international debut in the Slavic Cup , and in 2007 FIS races were added. Until 2009 he achieved top 15 results several times, but he could not prevail over the long term. He then focused on biathlon from the 2010/11 season. The first international championship was the Junior World Championships 2011 in Nové Město na Moravě , in which he Nędza-Kubiniec 74th of the individual, 49th of the sprint, 58th of the pursuit and with Rafał Lepel , Grzegorz Jakubowicz and Mateusz Steć 16th in the relay race. This was followed by the junior races at the 2011 European Championships in Ridnaun , where he was 38th in the individual and 47th in the sprint. As a lapped runner, he could not finish the pursuit race. With Maria Bukowska , Katarzyna Leja and Rafał Lepel he came in 12th place in the mixed relay race. In the further course of the year, the junior races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships in 2011 in Nové Město na Moravě, in which Pole was 39th in the sprint and the pursuit race as lapped Runner did not finish.

It took three years before Nędza-Kubiniec came back to work, now with the men in the performance area. The first major event was the 2014 European Championships in Nové Město na Moravě. Nationally, Nędza-Kubiniec won the Polish Biathlon Championships 2011 with Grzegorz Bril , Tomasz Sikora and Rafał Lepel with the relay of KS AZS AWF Katowice .
