History and description
The front building on the Magdalenenstrasse 27 property dates back to 1611; the outbuildings date from the 18th century. Stylistically, the building belongs to the Renaissance . The house comes from the first phase of construction in the old suburb. The building ensemble was built based on the model of the Franconian court rider . It is the only group of buildings in Magdalenenstrasse that has been preserved in its entirety . The formal regulations for the facade design in the old suburb can be seen in the wide two-storey front building with the execution of the Renaissance gable. The gable sits as a dwelling on the eaves front building. The arrangement of the lattice windows is based on the original room layout. The side, not covered, gate passage still exists. The plastered buildings have a steep roof covered with beaver tail . The Hofreite was renovated between 1991 and 1993. The original color scheme has been restored in one room .
