The road begins at the clover leaf formed when the Magistralinis kelias A2 road and the Magistralinis kelias A17 road, which bypasses the town of Panevėžys to the west , meet . It runs as part of the E67 via Ramygala to the south and south-southwest until it meets the Magistralinis kelias A1 highway at Sitkūnai , which connects Vilnius via Kaunas with Klaipėda (Memel) on the Baltic Sea .
