From Giles Corner , the Barrier Highway (A32) runs north-northeast, while the Main North Road, now the B82, runs north-northwest, over Clare and through the southern Flinders Range to Wilmington .
From Wilmington, the road, now designated State Route 56, continues to accompany the Flinders Range on its western edge to west-northwest over Horrocks Pass to meet the Princes Highway (NA1) at Winninowie .
