The Malanguttigletscher (also Mulunguttigletscher ) located in the western Karakoram in Pakistan's special territory Gilgit-Baltistan .
The Malangutti Glacier has a length of 20 km. It flows in a northerly direction through the northern part of the Hispar Muztagh mountain range . The glacier extends as far as the Shimshal River, which flows past the glacier mouth 13 km west of the village of Shimshal . The Malangutti Glacier is framed by the following mountains (from west to east): Malangutti Sar , Distaghil Sar , Yazghil Domes and Shimshal-Weisshorn ( Isphardin ).
