Malchow is an inhabited part of the municipality Göritz of the office Brüssow (Uckermark) in the district of Uckermark in Brandenburg .
geography
The federal highway 109 runs through the village . Otherwise the federal highway 30 is to the east and the Ucker to the west . To the north are the state border with Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and the Eiskellerberge-Os near Malchow .
history
The place was mentioned for the first time in the land register of Emperor Charles IV from 1375. Carl Heinrich von Wedel was once the hereditary lord of the estate . In the GDR, the estate became an agricultural production cooperative, now an agricultural cooperative.
Attractions
- The village church , which today belongs to the parish of Schönfeld ( Evangelical Church Berlin-Brandenburg-Silesian Upper Lusatia ), is a building made of field stone with a wooden tower.
