Malte Dönselmann

Malte Christian Dönselmann (born July 14, 1948 ) is a German personnel and management consultant and former politician ( CDU ). From 1986 to 1991 he was a member of the Hamburg Parliament .

Life

Dönselmann comes from near Bremen . From 1959 to 1968 he attended the Bremen grammar school at Barkhof . After graduating from high school , he studied business administration at the University of Hamburg . During his studies, he worked as a trainer and consultant. After graduating with a degree in business administration , he worked in the construction industry and founded a building renovation company. He later sold this again. In 1986 he became managing director of SCS Personalberatung .

In 1989 he founded MCD Personal- und Unternehmens-Beratung GmbH in Hamburg-Niendorf , of which he is the managing partner. With his company, Dönselmann specialized in advising executives in the armed forces and became active nationwide . He was repeatedly consulted as an expert by the local and national press (including Handelsblatt , Die Welt , Welt am Sonntag and Hamburger Abendblatt ) as well as specialist media (including Computerwoche ).

From 1986 to 1991 he was a member of the Hamburg Parliament for the CDU .

Dönselmann is married and has two children.
