Manfred Grübl (* 1965 in Tamsweg ) is an Austrian artist.

Life

Manfred Grübl studied architecture with Hans Hollein at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna and sculpture with Bruno Gironcoli at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts . After completing his studies, Grübl found his artistic expression in actions and installations that involve the viewer.

Grübl's installations were shown in the Saatchi Gallery in London , in New York's Lincoln Center , in the New National Gallery in Berlin . In 2003 he founded the newspaper version and the CD / DVD Edition KW.I . (Label for visual artists who, among other things, also work with sound.) Today Manfred Grübl lives and works in Vienna, just like his sister Elisabeth , who is also an artist.
