Manfred Hansen (politician)

Manfred Hansen (born September 2, 1928 in Schleswig , † October 2, 1987 in Kiel ) was a German lawyer and politician ( SPD ).

Life

Hansen studied law and political science at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel from 1949 to 1953 . He did his legal clerkship in Flensburg and Schleswig until 1957 . In 1962 he joined the SPD. From 1957 he was a court assessor and public prosecutor in Flensburg.

In 1967 he entered the state parliament of Schleswig-Holstein via the SPD state list ; again in the 1971 election. He was a member of the state parliament until the end of the 1975 electoral term.

Hansen was a member of a number of state parliament committees, including the justice committee, the interior committee, the popular education committee and the submission committee. He was a member of parliamentary investigative committees , including 1969 to 1971 the investigative committee "Internatsgymnasium Schloß Plön " and 1973/1974 the investigative committee of the University Women's Clinic, of which he was deputy chairman. Hansen was a member of the state election committee and the judge election committee.

His party political offices included the chairmanship of the SPD local association Kiel-West and membership in the state executive committee of the SPD Schleswig-Holstein .

Hansen was a Roman Catholic, married, and had two children.
