Manfred Lukas-Luderer (born January 29, 1951 in Klagenfurt ) is an Austrian theater and film actor and director.

Life

Manfred Lukas-Luderer studied acting at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna, followed by engagements at the Burgtheater , Stadttheater Klagenfurt , Schauspielhaus Graz , Theater in der Josefstadt and Schauspielhaus Zurich . He played in pieces such as Goethe's Faust I and II (Graz), Elective Affinities , Die Räuber or as Valère in Tartuffe. In 2009 and 2010 he played the title role in Nathan the Wise in the Krastal Quarry. From 2011 to 2014 he was the director of the summer stage Steinbruch Krastal-Kärnten. Lukas-Luderer also played in more than 50 film and television productions. His first TV role was a leading role in the 6-part series Das Dorf auf der Grenz . He has also appeared in series such as SOKO Donau and several times in Tatort , also in Dieter Berner's Alpensaga , Andreas Hofer, the Columbia TriStar production Powder Park and in the trilogy Dr. Julius Kugy, for whose portrayal he received the Grand Austrian Television Prize, can be seen.
