Manfred Schell (journalist)

Manfred Schell (born December 3, 1944 in Höpfingen ) is a German journalist , publicist and manager .

Life

In 1975 Schell became the world's political correspondent in Frankfurt am Main and Bonn. From 1985 to 1992 he was editor-in-chief . In 1992 he switched to the chief editor of the news channel n-tv . From 1994 to 1996 he was director of Deutsche Vermögensberatung . Further activities then led him to the insurance groups AachenMünchener (board member) and Generali Germany (general manager). Since 1998 he has been President of the German Association of Asset Advisors. He is also the author of several books. He lives in Sankt Augustin .
