Manga Action ( Japanese 漫画 ア ク シ ョ ン , formerly Shūkan Manga Action ) is a Japanese manga magazine that is aimed at a young male audience and is therefore counted in his category.
It has been published by Futabasha since 1967 and is considered the first real magazine of his own. Until September 30, 2003, it was published weekly, so it also had Shūkan in its name. After a break, the Manga Action appears in its current form since April 8, 2004 twice a month. In 2010 the copies sold about 200,000 each.
Sister magazines are Gekkan Action and the Yonkoma magazine Manga Town , formerly also the magazines Action Hero and Action Pizazz .
