Mannhard Bech (born November 12, 1967 in Rendsburg ) is a former German handball player .

From TSV Owschlag Bech came to THW Kiel in 1992 , with which he became German champion in 1994 and 1995 . In 1995 he went back to Owschlag, where he was loaned to SG Flensburg-Handewitt for one season . In 1996 he went to TSV Altenholz as a player- coach and a year later back to TSV Owschlag. Until 2005 he coached the upper division HSG Hohn / Elsdorf .

In a total of 72 Bundesliga games, four of them for Flensburg, he scored 91 goals (one seven-meter goal ). For the national team , Bech played four international matches in which he scored two goals. His playing position was mostly left winger .

Mannhard Bech works as a managing director in his company in Kiel (organizing sports camps) and is married. Bech initially trained youth teams at SG Bordesholm / Bruges, until 2014 at Bramstedter TS and then at SV Henstedt-Ulzburg . From summer 2015 he worked in the promotion of young talent at THW Kiel. On November 26, 2015, Bech also took over the coaching position from TSV Altenholz , which he coached until the end of the 2016/17 season. From January 2018 to December 2019, Bech trained the third division club Mecklenburg Stiere Schwerin .
