The list of the team cadres of the División de Honor (chess) 2001 contains all players who were registered for the Spanish División de Honor in chess 2001 with their individual results.
In addition to four regular players, the participating clubs were allowed to register four substitute players. RC Labradores Sevilla and CA Gran Canaria (who did not compete) did not exhaust the contingent and only reported seven players each. Not all of the registered players were used. CE Terrassa-Cirsa, UE Foment Martinenc Barcelona and RC Labradores Sevilla played the same four players in all rounds, while at CA Valencia-Evajedrez seven players played at least one game. A total of 46 players were used, of which 26 took part in all competitions.
The best point player was Alfonso Romero Holmes (CA Reverté Albox) with 8 points from 8 games, Alexei Schirow and Michael Adams (both CA Tiendas UPI Mancha Real) achieved 7 points each from 8 games . In addition to Romero Holmes, his teammate Josué Cano Sánchez also achieved 100%, who played a game.
