Marc Oberweis (born November 6, 1982 in Luxembourg , Luxembourg ) is a Luxembourg soccer player.
In May 2017 he announced the end of his career after a total of 362 games in the BGL Ligue .
Seven months later his comeback was announced and he still played for half a year in the second-rate honorary doctorate for FC 72 Erpeldingen . Here he only made two appearances and definitely ended his career after the season.
National team
Oberweis played seven times for the Luxembourg national team . He made his debut on March 30, 2005 in a game against Latvia (final score: 0: 4) , his last international match he completed on November 14, 2009 in a friendly against the Icelandic national team (final score: 1: 1) . In his seven international matches, Oberweis conceded a total of 32 goals. In 2013 he announced his retirement from the national team.
