Marcel Simon (born January 20, 1994 in Aachen ) is a German soccer player .

Career

In 2006, Simon moved from Rhenania Richterich to Alemannia Aachen . He played in the B and A youth in the U-17 Bundesliga and in the U-19 Bundesliga . On February 3, 2013 he succeeded in the 1: 2 defeat against the U 19 by Arminia Bielefeld in the 56th minute, a goal to the 1: 1 intermediate result. He played his first game in the Middle Rhine League on February 17, 2013, the 16th matchday, in a 2-1 win over SC Brühl 06/45 . Simon played for the professionals at Alemannia Aachen for the first time on May 18, 2013, the last match day of the 2012/13 third division season . In the 4-0 defeat at VfL Osnabrück , Simon was substituted on after regular goalkeeper Mark Flekken was sent off in the 51st minute.

Simon was under contract with Sportfreunde 1919 Düren in the Landesliga Mittelrhein from November 2013 to summer 2014 . He then changes to TuS Mosella Schweich in the Rhineland League. There he guarded the gate for two years. After the relegation of the Mosella, he moved to VfL Trier in the summer of 2016. There he is active as a field player in the district league B Trier / Saar.
