Marco Palmezzano
Marco Palmezzano (* 1456 in Forlì ; † 1539 ibid) was an Italian painter and architect during the Renaissance .
life and work
Palmezzano took over the style of his master Melozzo da Forli (1438-1494) and completed some of his frescoes . Later he was under the influence of various painters, including that of Andrea Mantegna (1431–1506). He left behind a large number of pictures, most with religious subjects and some portraits.
